Meet Dr Colette Raison

Dr Colette Raison is the Director of Adept KM and has been with the company since its inception. She has more than 20 years of experience in organisational change, plus significant experience in project management, business analysis, user-centred design and executive coaching.

Research and Practical Expertise

Colette received her doctorate in 2023 in the change management field. Her research specialised in the impact of organisational culture, intellectual capital and knowledge sharing on work group performance, complementing her extensive practical experience.
