Our methodology also involves developing and maintaining a clear and agreed intent document for a project so as to keep the assignment on track and to avoid 'scope-creep'. Additionally, our assignments are split into manageable components so that we are better able to track progress and so that sign off points are clearly highlighted.
Metrics are considered an essential part of any project so that we can determine the effectiveness of initiatives and get some support for claims of an increased return on investment (ROI). We work with departmental representatives to identify the most appropriate metrics for particular projects.
Adept KM is a SME that operates with a number of outposted personnel; therefore we do not need to factor and pass on costs for significant overheads. This means that when not at a client's offices, Adept KM personnel can undertake research and follow up tasks with minimal cost to the client.
We conduct internal reviews of our Quality Management System to ensure our business systems are business focused, proactive, ensure consistent quality and are risk assessment based. Our Executive Team meets regularly and we encourage regular project status updates.
