For organisations just starting out in knowledge management, we are currently offering low cost knowledge needs analysis for groups of 20 people or less. This can be used as part of a business case for implementing specific initiatives.  A report is provided at no extra cost.

Past experience has shown that even organisations that are somewhat 'cash-strapped' can still implement knowledge management initiatives by taking a component-based and incremental approach that is clearly linked to an overall knowledge management strategy.
