What's your KM Elevator Speech?
My Mother asked me the other day just exactly what I did.
I was hard pressed to answer for a second, and then I remembered I had written down a KM Elevator Speech as part of an academic exercise a few years ago.
So I fished it out and sent it to her.
She said she was “none the wiser”, so I guess it needs some refinement.
And then I found a really cool blog from Christian Young with a bit of a KM role play going on.
