We operate as a SME with a core group of personnel and we have access to a trusted network of contractors that we call upon as required.
The majority of our personnel have public sector experience – often at senior levels - in a range of agencies. This has included work in areas such as: Finance, Budgets, Policy, Legislation, Patents, Procurement, Fleet Management, Records Management, IT Systems, Internal Management Consultancy, as well as Program areas including Income Support, Health, and Corporate Services. All people working in Adept KM are conversant with APS regulations and Codes of Conduct. Most have high level APS security clearances.
Colette Raison is the Director of Adept KM and has been with the company since its inception. Colette is a qualified Knowledge Manager, Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst and provides the overall direction for the company.
Colette maintains strong links to the information and knowledge management community through her speaking engagements at actKM and IIM conferences and through guest lectures at various tertiary institutions.
